What better way to kick off the Christmas season by passing on the tree at the tree farm where grandma and grandpa go each year ($25) then cutting down a tree with several hundred of your closest friends and paying through the nose.
We packed the car (including the dog) and ventured out about 40 miles to chop down a tree. Again, little Jocelyn was truly amazing during the whole process and now we are proud owners of an 8.5' tree.
